Royal Cape Golf Club Overview
The oldest in South Africa, the Royal Cape Golf Club has been around since 1885, whereas the golf course in its present location has been around since 1905. The Royal Cape is an excellent parkland layout boasting of a well maintained track marked by beautiful fairways, mature trees and water bodies. It has been a regular host to professional tournaments including the South African Open on as many as 10 occasions. Playing at the Royal Cape is also about experiencing history and tradition, no better done than with a post round drink at the exquisite clubhouse.
