If you’ve made your booking with Golftripz, it is understood that you’ve read the terms & conditions and have accepted them and your booking is subject to the following terms & conditions. So please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.
Most golf courses require handicap certificates to allow a golfer to play their course. We strongly advise that you carry your handicap certificates with you at all times.
Some golf courses have a minimum handicap requirement and the golf course has the right to refuse access to the individual if this requirement is not met.
Appropriate golf clothing and footwear as required by the golf course should be worn/adhered to at all times either on the course or in the clubhouse.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
The individual who has booked with us is solely responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group to the properties such as the hotel, golf course, vehicle etc. You will be required to settle the damage amount directly either to the supplier or to us based on the circumstances. The individual is also solely responsible for their behaviour or code of conduct on the golf course and is required to comply with the golf club/hotel/other supplier’s rules & regulations.
GOLF CLUB RULES:
· The Golf Clubs reserves all rights to slot in golfers to fill any vacant slots in flights without having to inform the golfers who have already made their tee time booking during weekdays or weekends.
· All golf courses reserve the right to reject any golfer or restrict their play
· Rain check policy is subject to the discretion/rules of the golf club.
· Whether on weekdays or weekends (or public holidays), tee times provided for single or 2 golfers are indicative as the golf course reserves the right to hold them up for a period of time (not beyond reasonable limits) to team the golfer/s up with other golfers to optimize pace of play on the course as per the course policy or otherwise.
QUALITY OF SERVICE:
Golftripz is not responsible in any way for the quality and availability of the service provided by the golf courses and other suppliers:
· Golftripz and their partners and agents, employees, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders, host golf clubs and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability from any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which the golfer, his/her personal representatives, heirs, next-of-kin, assigns and insurers may have, or which may hereafter accrue, as a result of using the services provided.
· Partners or its client shall not hold Golftripz responsible for or liable for any action, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses which the client may suffer, sustain or incur by means of including but not limited to changes or cancellations of the services.
Golftripz shall not be considered liable or in default in the organizing of the tour if such performance is prevented, due to any force majeure such as declared war, hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, rebellion, terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war, riots, strikes or natural disasters such as earth quakes, hurricane, typhoon, tsunami, volcanic activities etc.
Golftripz shall not be considered liable or in default in the organizing of the tournament if such performance is prevented by situations like flight delays, incessant rain, and other adverse conditions which are beyond Golftripz's control.
Golftripz reserves the right to increase or change the price of any package or product advertised in any communication including the website. Prices quoted to individuals are also subject to change due to but not limited to currency exchange rate fluctuations, or increase in statutory taxes and so on. Prices are subject to change until the final payment has been completed which is tantamount to your booking confirmation.
The booking is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit or full payment for the package. If the deposit amount or the remaining payment is not made within the due date specified, Golftripz reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit paid if any.
Please check all vouchers & final itinerary that is provided to you carefully as it will not be possible to change the specifics of your bookings if it is too close to the start of the tour.
All the payment options are mentioned on the payment options page and any extra charges included in making a payment will also be clearly communicated to you at the time of payment.
All bookings require a 25% deposit to secure the booking.
Balance payment needs to be paid at least 30 days before start of tour.
Any specific payment requirements as specified by the supplier will supersede the general payment terms.
Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings should be communicated officially via email or fax.
Amendments to your bookings are subject to availability and could result in additional charges, change in itinerary and so on based on the amendment required. It may not always be possible to fulfil all amendment requests and major changes in itineraries after booking confirmation may incur an additional service charge.
Cancellations terms & policy for a particular booking are communicated in the Proforma Invoice. The general cancellation policy is:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the start of tour are subject to a full refund subject to any non-refundable deposit that is required by the supplier.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of the tour is subject to a 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start of the tour is totally non-refundable
Cancellation terms will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of a particular package, promotional offers and so on and will supersede the general cancellation terms and policies
Refunds are based on the cancellation policy. In the event of dissatisfactory service, please write to the Golftripz team with the issue. We will try our best to resolve the issue for you. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the amount of that particular service subject to the supplier's terms & conditions. Golftripz is not responsible for the quality of the hotels/golf courses etc provided by the respective service provider.
All travelers going abroad should take travel insurance. Please ensure that you apply for the appropriate travel insurance before your travel.
PASSPORTS & VISAS:
Passport and visa requirements are to be adhered to and you must check the requirements by consulting the Embassy or Consulate of the destination you are traveling to. Golftripz is not responsible and cannot accept any liability if you are unable to enter a country due to incorrect documentation.

Occasionally, delays, outdated information, mistakes or errors could occur in prices and other package details which is regrettable but will always be reconfirmed at the time of booking and Golftripz cannot be held responsible for such information inconsistency in their communication.
