A recent design, opened only in 2004, La Reserva Golf Club in Sotogrande is easily considered amongst the top golf courses to play in a Costa Del Sol golf holiday. Located in the neighbourhood of Valderrama and Sotogrande, La Reserva golf course features generous fairways which is a respite given the length of the course. The terrain of the area lends to imaginative layout and La Reserva does not disappoint, particularly with the elevation changes. The greens are also generously sized, but that is not necessarily a good thing with not so uncommon 3 putt occurrences if the ball lies at some distance from the hole.
