  VIEW CAMBODIA GOLF COURSES

Golf in Cambodia is an expanding sport with 5 very good operating golf courses. A new Jack Nicklaus course is under construction in Phnom Penh, a new golf resort has been recently announced in Siem Reap and other projects are being planned. Players therefore have access to a wide range of challenging and quality venues.

The revitalized city of Siem Reap has now become the epicenter of new Cambodia, as the supporting city for the Angkor Wat Temples. The stunning and monumental Temple Complex of the Angkor Wat is a vast and mysterious complex of hulking laterite and sandstone blocks. Seeing the ruins & temples of Angkor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

While there aren’t too many golf courses to choose from in Cambodia, the existing courses in Siem Reap are newly designed by top international designers, very well maintained and a perfect addition to the Cambodian holiday. The internationally recognized Johnnie Walker Cambodian Open Championship was contested in 2007 and 2008 and has helped establish Cambodia as a golf destination for overseas travellers.

With Golftripz, you can also see Siem Reap in various unique ways which will enhance your holiday experience – take a private romantic boat ride on a Angkor Gondola, take an awe-inspiring ride in a helicopter for an aerial view of the magnificent ruins, be adventurous and take a scenic ride in a microlight, or take a boat cruise on the Tonle Sap lake.

The options for you in Siem Reap are plenty and amazing and you combine it with golf to get the ultimate Cambodian golf experience.
