BOOKING PROCESS, GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please find the general terms & conditions and other details on the booking process below. These are for reference and some conditions may change depending on the package selected.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you are okay with the given proposal, please send us your confirmation over email to email@example.com. Along with your confirmation, please also email the below data for us to make the bookings:
Based on this information, we will check the availability of the services, block them & revert with your invoice along with exact payment & cancellation terms for this booking. Once we receive the required payment, we will confirm all bookings & email the confirmation vouchers.
If you require changes to this proposal, please do let us know, we will be happy to work this out as per your inputs.
Upon receiving your confirmation with required details (please refer to the above points) & successfully blocking the services / inventory, we will email you our Proforma invoice with a clear payment due date, payment & cancellation terms. Upon your successful payment, the invoice will be updated as paid & receipt will be issued.
Please note: The Invoice will be in either USD or SGD currency as applicable. So, in case the package price is in another local currency, the same will be converted to USD / SGD at the current exchange rate & invoiced.
Option 1 - Bank Transfer: Payments can be made through bank transfer into our SGD account or USD account as applicable. Our account details will be mentioned in our invoice copy to you. Please update us with the transaction details. A payment receipt will be sent to you by the next working day of receipt. Please ensure that we receive the total payable amount without any shortage. Any bank transfer charges etc should be borne by payee.
Option 2 - Online Payment via Credit Card: Another easy & quick way of paying us will be through credit card. All payments via credit card will be in SGD at the current market rate. Please use the secure Payment link in the invoice copy, enter your card details & proceed to pay. However, please note that, this mode of payment will include a 3.5% surcharge as a convenience/processing fee.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:
Payment & cancellation terms will be in lieu with the hotels, golf courses, transfer companies & other suppliers involved. The exact terms will be given upon your initial confirmation to us & once we block the required inventory.
