Booking Process & Terms

BOOKING PROCESS, GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please find the general terms & conditions and other details on the booking process below. These are for reference and some conditions may change depending on the package selected.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • It is the responsibility of the traveller to check if he / she needs to have a visa to make this trip & to obtain one if it is required. Upon your request, Golftripz, as a tour organiser will help you with any necessary documents that you might need for the visa application
  • Our proposals sent are quotation & are subject to change
  • No bookings have been made at the time of the enquiry or proposal stage and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
  • Due to the intricate nature of tailor-made itineraries we do not check the availability of accommodation/tee times when initially planning your trip
  • Suitable alternative to hotels & golf courses will be provided in case of non-availability of suggested courses & hotels. The price is however subject to change based on the alternatives provided
  • Itinerary provided is tentative and the schedule could be changed to accommodate availability issues of tee times and so on
  • A change in itinerary will require a fresh quotation
  • Travel Insurance: Before proceeding with the payment for our services, you should consider buying travel insurance in favour of each traveller buying the package. You may choose insurers such as MSIG, Tokio Marine Insurance Singapore Ltd, AIG Asia Pacific Insurance or any other as per your choice. By completing the payment, you have acknowledged that all travellers have been informed of the same by Golftripz Pte Ltd.

 

BOOKING PROCESS:

If you are okay with the given proposal, please send us your confirmation over email to birdies@golftripz.com. Along with your confirmation, please also email the below data for us to make the bookings:

  1. Finalised tour dates
  2. Number of travellers, their names as in passport
  3. Number of rooms required with bed configuration (King/Twin/Single/Double etc...)
  4. Preferred Tee times
  5. Payment mode (Bank Transfer or Online Payment) & whether you will need a consolidated invoice for the whole group or individual invoices on each guests names. We will send you the invoices accordingly
  6. Any other special remarks you have

Based on this information, we will check the availability of the services, block them & revert with your invoice along with exact payment & cancellation terms for this booking. Once we receive the required payment, we will confirm all bookings & email the confirmation vouchers.

If you require changes to this proposal, please do let us know, we will be happy to work this out as per your inputs.

 

INVOICE:

Upon receiving your confirmation with required details (please refer to the above points) & successfully blocking the services/inventory, we will email you our Proforma Invoice with a Payment Due Date, Payment & Cancellation terms. Upon successful receipt of Payment, the Invoice will be updated as paid & Receipt will be issued.

 

INVOICE CURRENCY:  

The Invoice Currency may not be the same as the Quoted Currency. While the Quoted Currency depends on the 'Destination', the Invoice Currency may change depending on the 'Client's Origin', in which case we will convert it at the Market Conversion Rate that prevails on the date of invoice.

Golftripz Pte Ltd holds the following currency business accounts : USD / SGD / GBP / EUR / AUD / NZD and can receive payments via bank transfer in these currencies (subject to certain restrictions).

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Option 1 - Bank Transfer: Payments can be made through bank transfer into our business account details mentioned in our Proforma Invoice. Please update us with the transaction details. A payment receipt will be sent to you by the next working day of receipt. Please ensure that we receive the total payable amount without any shortage. Any bank transfer charges etc should be borne by payer.

Option 2 - Online Payment via Credit Card: Another easy & quick way of paying us is via credit card. All payments via credit card will be in SGD at the current market rate. Please use the secure Payment link in the invoice copy, enter your card details & proceed to pay. However, please note that, this mode of payment will include a 3.5% surcharge as a convenience/processing fee.

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:

Payment & cancellation terms will be in lieu with the hotels, golf courses, transfer companies & other suppliers involved. The exact terms will be given upon your initial confirmation to us & once we block the required inventory.
