Itinerary

Arrival in Buenos Aires. Meet & greet at the airport and transfer the Hotel.

Breakfast and private city tour with an English speaking guide. Buenos Aires is a charming city with a strong influence of most of the main European cities. Beautiful walks, avenues, parks, monumental buildings, cafes, museums and churches gathered in 26 districts, each with its own distinct personality gives it a truly cosmopolitan air. The northern quarter resembles the most elegant areas of Paris, May Avenue and its innumerable cafes houses revives the flavour of Madrid’s Gran Via, the shady Belgrano streets recall the distinguished Londoners suburb, Naples seem to be present in the noisy and coloured La Boca quarter…

In the afternoon, transfer to San Andrés GCthe oldest golf club in Argentina. The course was built in 1892, at 1894 the first official golf match took place here.

The club is named after The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrew’s. It is no coincidence that in time the neighbourhood and the railway station, created initially for club members to come by train, took the name of San Andrés. The 18 holes golf course was designed by Scottish Pro Mr. Mungo Park. It is a par 72 for Men and 73 for Ladies, with a maximum 6772 yards length. San Andres Golf Club hosted the “Abierto de la Republica” 21 times (more than any other club). Roberto De Vicenzo, the 1967, British Open Champion, won here twice, and is an honorary member.

Breakfast and transfer to Olivos GC. It’s considered the best golf course in Argentina, and ranked 71st on the Golf Digest´s “best golf courses outside US.” The course currently has 27 holes and is known for its beauty, tight fairways and greens. Olivos Golf has been host of international tournaments such as the Masters – first in South America- the “Abierto de la Republica”, the “copa los Andes”, among others. It has also been played by the best European and American players. This course has hosted also the Amateur Golf World Cup on 2010.

Breakfast and transfer to Pilar GC. Pilar GC hosted the 2006 and 2011 “Abierto de la Republica” (Argentine Open). Pilar is a Links golf course located in the north area of Buenos Aires. It has 27 holes with 5 different tees per hole to assure every golfer a “fair tee off” despite the handicap or driving distance. It is considered to have an american design and the clubhouse is one of the biggest and most luxurious in South America. The red course has the only Par 6 (665 yds.) in South America with 2 hazards that cross the fairway in order to force the golfers to be more strategic than long hitters.”

Afternoon at leisure.

Such as rugged peaks, wonderful forests, deep blue lakes of glacial origin and the most important one: Perito Moreno Glacier.

Its front is 4 Km long, and it is over 60 meters high. An endless field of crystal blue glacial ice constantly crashing down into Lake Argentino.

Breakfast and transfer to the airport. Flight to Bariloche. San Carlos de Bariloche is located in the northwest of the Argentine Patagonia, at 770 meters above sea level, on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. It is 1,680 kilometres away from Buenos Aires City. The colours of the landscape vary according to the time of year, with each season offering its own special surprise: sheer green in summer, ochre and yellow in autumn, multicolour in spring and stunning white in winter.

With a superb location, surrounded by deep-blue lakes, snow-covered mountains and natural forests, the golf course belongs to the Llao – Llao Hotel & Resort; it has asymmetric fairways, imposing green and bunkers perfectly integrated to the environment. Llao-llao cuts across the “Nahuel Huapi Lake” and the 18th hole is one of the two holes in Argentina that are among the best 500 hundred In the world. It is a 180 par 3 in which you´ll need to fly tee-to-green otherwise you will end up “snorkelling” on the “Nahuel Huapi” Lake.

Afternoon at leisure.
