I wanted to thank GolfTripz & you for the great vacation we had in Cambodia & Vietnam. All of us have great memories of the vacation thanks to the excellent arrangements that were done by GolfTripz. I will want to call out the guides in Siam Reap (Song Pa) and Hanoi (Tao) because they were knowledgable and also very personable. Song Pa is a wealth of knowledge who makes the country come alive and has all the historical data on his fingertips. Tao has an excellent command over English and is also a proud Viatnamese that comes out in his interactions. I would also like to acknowledge Gracie because she has what it takes to be good in this business - which is to always be willing to listen, adapt and keep the client's needs in mind. It is natural to have a few snafus in such trips, and while that is par for the course, how one reacts to it is what separates the very good from the good. Gracie was always there for us, ready to help - and always did. I also cannot speak highly enough about Empire Cruise in Halong Bay. I know that Gracie & you upgraded us to the Queen suite that made the experience even better, but from what we could make out this cruise line is the goto cruise line that you all should default to. The drivers in both the places were also safe & good drivers which might be important for the clientele GolfTripz gets from outside India. We did not get a chance to see Da Nang and hence it will be unfair to comment on it.

I would also like to call out you for special mention as it has been an absolute pleasure working with you. Manisha & I knew we were in good hands once we started talking to you. It comes down to being flexible and helping us have a great time. One of the key reasons for the success of the vacation was you. Thank You!
