The city of Hyderabad is a part of India’s Deccan plateau, where the region's natural rock boulders and land elevations add flavour to a golf course layout. The two prominent golf courses in Hyderabad are the Hyderabad Golf Association course (HGA) and the Boulder Hills Golf & Country Club, both in excellent condition.

HGA is an interesting course set near the Golconda fort and boasts ramparts as part of the course scenery. Boulder Hills is a beautiful course with great facilities like its expansive driving range, a well-maintained putting green, clubhouse, and pool.
