One of the oldest and most historic golf clubs in Ireland, the Royal Dublin golf course was designed by the legendary H.S Colt in 1884 and overhauled by Martin Hawtree in 2006. Only fifteen minutes from the heart of Dublin, the island also serves as a Bird sanctuary albeit being in the midst of looming factory chimneys. At one time, the Royal Dublin golf club was an exclusive club for the rich lawyers of Dublin, the present staff is more than happy to welcome you at its most charming club house with its four bars, snooker table and lively entertainment to cap off a great golfing experience.
