It was designed by Ernie Els and covers a stretch of 7538 yards with 18 holes and par 72. The desert-style Els Club layout sets a new benchmark for golf in Dubai. It features pleasing undulations and strong elevation changes with an extensive use of sandy waste areas, native grasses and vegetation between wide fairways and classic style bunkering that add to both its visual appeal and strategic difficulty. After a day's play, the clubhouse bar and restaurant are perfect places for relaxation.
