Hyderabad Golf Association (HGA) Golf Course, currently  with 16 operational holes, will soon be 18 holes. Although not long, this golf course can  be a test with the thick hard rough which can really alter one’s swing. The fairways of the Hyderabad Golf Club are in excellent condition as are the greens which can be really slick.  Set in the vicinity of the historic Golconda fort, tombs and ramparts make up the view – in fact some of them even constitute tees and course boundaries. A passageway below a fort’s walls features in the walk from the 4th green to the 5th tee!
