The Gary Player designed Links Course at the exclusive Fancourt Hotel in George is an attempt to create inland links about 10 km away from the shore. And it has been a very successful one, with a top quality links type experience on offer on what used to be an airstrip. The course is also demanding in the true links tradition sans maybe the changing elements, with strong holes all the way through, backed up by some great conditioning and spectacular sights.
IMP NOTE: The Links course at Fancourt Country Club is accessible only to members and their guests or to guests staying at the Fancourt Hotel.
