The proceeds from this tournament will be used towards purchasing Accident and Mediclaim Insurance and continue to help educating children of caddies.<\/p>\n<p>The event was a great way to get golfers together and have a fun golfing day while at the same time ensuring that there is a great cause to it as well.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s event saw some great scores. <strong>Kurush Heerjee<\/strong> who played a flawless round of golf and won the Fourth Bangolfers Invitational golf tournament. Heerjee, who shot an even par 72 on the <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.golftripz.com\/golf-course\/prestige-golfshire-club\">Prestige Golfshire course<\/a><\/span> had the best gross score among the 104 participating golfers. Champa Kabra with a gross score of 92 won the ladies event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ranganath Thimmaiah<\/strong>, with 36 stableford points won the 0-12 handicap category on a back nine count back, edging out <strong>Syed Arifulla<\/strong> who also had the same number of points but had to be satisfied with the runner up prize. Mohammed Khuram with 36 points won the 13-24 handicap category while Abhishek Chaturvedi with 35 points finished runner up. Ravi Sharma with four birdies won the maximum birdies contest.<\/p>\n<p>Other winners: Longest Drive \u2013 Pritam Daniel, Closest to the Pin \u2013 Nayan Sarvaiya, Straightest Drive- Louis Daniel.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: 1.428571429;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2395 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.golftripz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/The-bangolfers-at-Prestige-Golfshire-2.jpg\" alt=\"The-bangolfers-at-Prestige-Golfshire\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>About Bangalore Golfers Trust:<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.428571429;\"> Bangalore Golfers Foundation formed to create a golfing community among distinguished individuals and professionals from varied backgrounds and to promote social cause \u2013 financial support for caddies working at the golf course.
