Terms & Conditions

By signing the entry form, registering online or over phone, participants acknowledge they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Team - Am Golf Challenge 2012 (Tournament) shall be under the management and control of the Tournament Committee, whose decision on all matters relating to the Tournament will be final.
The tournament committee may at its discretion amend or add any condition to the tournament at any time.
Golftripz and all other sponsors may arrange media promotion and publicity before, during and after the tournament. Participants assent to pictures of them appearing and being used for purposes determined by Golftripz.
Participants grant Golftripz the right to use their entry details (including, but not necessarily limited to, names, towns/cities of origin, company names andphotographs) for its own business purposes and for Tournament publicity.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of all necessary valid travel documents and insurance policies (including medical insurance and travel insurance).
Golftripz reserves the right to refuse entry to the tournament if a participant does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Competition or fails to act in accordance with the spirit of the tournament.
Golftripz reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, suspend or supersede the tournament if, in its sole discretion, the tournament is not capable of being conducted as specified, or if required to do so by law.
Golftripz reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
Golftripz shall have limited liability to the extent of the tournament package price for any losses incurred by the participants as a result of the cancellation of Tournament or a change to the date, time or venue of Tournament (whether such cancellation or change is caused by Golftripz own fault, factors beyond its reasonable control or otherwise).
Golftripz shall not be considered liable or in default in the organizing of the tournament if such performance is prevented, due to any force majeure such as declared war, hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, rebellion, terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war, riots, strikes or natural disasters such as earth quakes, hurricane, typhoon, tsunami, volcanic activities etc.
Golftripz shall not be considered liable or in default in the organizing of the tournament if such performance is prevented by situations like flight delays, incessant rain, and other adverse conditions which is beyond Golftripz control.
In case of cancellation of the tournament, Golftripz shall however endeavour to refund the charges paid to the company purely subject to and partly to the extent of receipt of the refunds from its various suppliers engaged by Golftripz for the event like hotels, transport companies, airlines etc. All events will be conducted in accordance with the rules of golf and such local rules as approved by the tournament committee. Decisions of the tournament committee with respect to the tournament results and other issues shall be final and binding.
By signing up on the tournament sign up form, registering online or over phone, participants agree to participate in the Team-Am Golf Challenge 2012 at their own risk. The participants unconditionally and voluntarily release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the sponsors, conductors, or organizations involved with the Team-Am Golf Challenge 2012.
GolfTripz and all other sponsors, their respective parent corporations, subsidiaries and affiliated corporations, and their agents, employees, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders, host golf clubs and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability from any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which the participant, his/her personal representatives, heirs, next-of-kin, assigns and insurers may have, or which may hereafter accrue, as a result of the participation in the tournament.

Past Tournaments
