| What is the last day to sign up for the tournament? |
| There are limited entries available for the tournament and it is on a first come first served basis. Sign up closes on January 21st, 2012 or when we've received the maximum number of sign ups, whichever comes earlier. A notification will be posted on the website if the sign ups are going to close earlier than January 21st, 2012. |

| Who can participate in the tournament? |
|
Men and Women, above 18 years of age, with a valid handicap certificate from their home club, not more than 1 month old.

| What are the dates of the Tournament? |
| The Tournament rounds are on the 22nd, 23rd & 24th of February. Participants are required to arrive on 21st February to enable registration. Departure transfers to the Bangkok Airport are scheduled on 25th February. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Participants will receive a full refund if they cancel their bookings before 21st January, 2012 subject to cancellation charges of INR 1000. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date.

| What happens in the event of a tie? |
|
In the event of a tie, the better back 9 scores (sum of the best 3 in the team) will be used as a tiebreaker. If still tied, the better back 6 and in case of a tie even in the back 6, better back 3 will be considered to determine the better score.

| How can I make my payment for the Tournament Package? |
| After sign up, you will receive an invoice with instructions on how to make your payment. You can pay online using your debit or credit card or via internet banking. You can also make bank transfers or deposit your Cheques/DDs into our bank account. Payment options details are also provided on our Sign Up page |

| By when do I have to make the payment? |
| After you sign up for the tournament and receive an online invoice with instructions for payment, you are required to make the payment within 10 days. |

| Are all taxes and duties included in the package? |
| Yes, the package includes all taxes and duties. |

| Do I have to pay an additional charge if I choose online payment through credit cards, debit cards or internet banking? |
| Yes, there is an additional charge of 3% to the total invoice amount if you choose to pay online. |

| Does my payment guarantee participation? |
| Besides payment, participation in the tournament is guaranteed only if there is compliance of certain rules such as valid Handicap certificates, Age verification and so on as determined by the tournament committee. |

| What golf courses will I be playing at? |
| Templer Park, Kota Permai Golf & Country Club and Glenmarie. |

| Do the golf courses provide food and beverage? |
| On course refreshments or coupons will be provided to the participants. Other snacks and beverages may be purchased on the course or at the kiosks by the participants but are not provided by the organizers. |

| Can a non-participant like a family member or friend come to the golf course to watch the tournament? |
| No. |
| |
| Can I rent clubs in Malaysia for the Tournament? |
| Yes, you may rent clubs at the golf courses directly at the prevailing rates subject to availability. It is recommended to reserve clubs in advance. |

| Will I be provided with a caddie and a cart? |
| Yes, you will be provided with one caddie and a cart for each round (single or sharing). |

| What is the minimum or maximum handicap allowed? |
0-24 for Men
0-36 for Women
Any Handicap above this will be reduced to 24 and 36. |

| How will the handicap be ascertained? |
| All those interested in participation must fax, email or post a valid handicap certificate as on 5th January 2012, from their home club duly certified, no later than 21st Janurary 2012. |

| Which tees will the participants play from? |
Men: 0 - 18 from the Blue Tee Boxes (next to the Championship Tees)
18 - 24 from the White Tee Boxes (Club Tees)
Women: 0-36 from the Ladies Tee Boxes |

| Will I need to send in my Handicap certificate? |
| Yes, we will contact you for your Handicap certificate in January and you are required to fax, email or post a valid handicap certificate as on 5th January 2012, from your home club duly certified, no later than 21st January 2012. |

Not necessary, but please ensure that the valid handicap certificates are sent as per the requirement given above. |

| How are participants flighted? |
| Two participants from each team will be flighted with two participants from another team. |

ACCOMMODATION

| Can I choose my room partner? |
| Yes, as long as both you and your proposed room partner complete the registration formalities. You may send your preferences by email. If you do not, we will find a room partner for you and further changes cannot be accommodated. |

| Can I share the room with a non-golfer? |

| Based on flight timings, the number of golfers arriving by the same flight, and visa formalities, you may have to wait to be transferred to the hotel as the transfer is group based. |

| What are the visa requirements for Malaysia? |
| Malaysian visas are processed at VFS centres in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi. Please ensure that your passport is valid for a minimum of nine months from the date of applying for the Malaysian visa. Processing time is between 1 and 4 working days depending on location of the centre you are applying from. And tourist visas are usually issued for 90 days to 1 year.
