The Golftripz Team - Am Golf Challenge series continues in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 21st - 25th Feb, 2012. The series continues in Kuala Lumpur after completion of two successful events at Hua Hin in Oct 2011 and Pattaya in Oct 2010, where 92 and 65 golfers participated, respectively. Amateur golfers (in teams of 4) get to compete at three world-class courses selected discerningly by our Tournament committee.
With support from Tourism Malaysia, Ballantine's, Soma and ICICI the tournament has a packed itinerary of golf and partying with stay at the beautiful 5 star Hotel Istana or similar.

The Golftripz Team - Am Golf Challenge 2011, Hua Hin, a huge success
The Golftripz Team - Am Golf Challenge 2011 held from 27th Sept - 1st October in Hua Hin, Thailand, was a spectacular event with 92 golfers from across India competing, making this one of the largest group of golfers from India to have been part of an international amateur tournament. Teams came in from Mysore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad (including an expatriate team), Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Chandigarh and even New Zealand. Event sponsors were Tourism Authority of Thailand, Ballantine's, SOMA and Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa.
The tournament package included stay at the beautiful seaside 5 star Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa - a low-rise property with a distinct traditional Thai ambience and a great location. And golf at the some of Thailand's most challenging golf courses - Banyan, Springfield and Black Mountain.

There has been a tremendous response to the 2nd event announced by Golftripz in Thailand this September. We thank all the 24 teams (96 golfers) who've registered for the event. The tournament registrations are currently closed.

This year's event will be entered in teams of 4 and played over 3 rounds of golf at top courses including Banyan - one of the most picturesque courses in Asia, the Jack Nicklaus designed Springfield and The Black Mountain, host to the Royal Trophy 2011.
